Polet's Smoked Bones: A Truly Unique Dog Treat
Polet's Smoked Bones stand out in the world of dog treats. We are proud to offer a product that is:
  • All Natural
  • Organic
  • Free of Preservatives
  • Free of Artificial Ingredients
  • Never Charred
More About Our Bones:
  • Most dogs, even those with sensitive stomachs, can enjoy our products without issue.
  • Older dogs, however, may sometimes experience an upset stomach due to the richness of the bones.
  • Our bones are the strongest on the market. We use only beef, and our "low-and-slow" smoking process ensures the bone’s integrity remains uncompromised.
Frequently Asked Questions:
  1. What time of year do you ship? We typically ship from mid-September to early May, depending on the weather. Because our bones are fresh and never overcooked, they need to avoid heat to maintain their quality.
  2. What is the average shipping time? Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Thursdays are shipped the following Monday to ensure freshness. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which usually delivers within 2-3 days. Exceptions apply during holidays or if orders are placed after the cut-off time on Thursdays.
  3. How do I keep the bones fresh? Our bones are preservative-free and should be stored in the freezer for long-term freshness. Avoid keeping them in the refrigerator or sealed containers, as this may lead to spoilage or mold.
  4. Are your bones safe for dogs? No bone is perfectly safe. We use only femur bones which have the greatest amount of dense compact. We cook our bones to 180 degrees which makes them safer than typical store bought bones that are cooked to 1000 degrees. Cooking removes moisture from the bone which, in turn, weakens the strength of the bone.  Therefore, raw bones are the hardest, our bones are next, and box store bones are the weakest.
  5. Do your bones splinter or break? We don't use rib bones or pork bones. Rib bones can splinter. Pork bones are hard, but brittle, and can break. Our knuckle bones can be torn down by a large dog because the compact is fairly thin on the outside. Anything is possible. Every femur is different, every dog is different, but we are confident in the quality of our product. We always recommend watching your dog the first few times to ensure safety.
Polet’s Smoked Bones deliver a natural, high-quality treat your dog will love!

WARNING! Our bones are 100% all-natural and contain no preservatives—seriously, we mean it! To ensure freshness, please keep them frozen until your dog is ready to enjoy them. This prevents spoilage and keeps the treat safe for your furry friend.
We strongly recommend supervising your dog while they chew on our products to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. While we take great care in crafting our smoked bones, it’s important to note that they do not come with any specific safety guarantees. Always monitor your dog during chew time and discard any small or splintered pieces.
Your dog’s safety and happiness are our top priorities!
